Configure POP3 in Outlook 2007/2010/2013/2016 (Only S, Only XL)

  1. Close Outlook if started.
  2. Click "Start" in Windows.
  3. Click "Control panel"
  4. Choose "Mail"
  5. Select "Show profiles"
  6. Click "Add" and enter the name of your choice in the "Profile Name" field e.g. POP3, Exchange, Office365, ...

  7. Fill in the fields with the received data and click "Next". You will find your email address in MyAccount > Shared hosting > your package > Mailboxes. Check "Manually configure server settings or additional server types".

  8. Select the option "Internet E-mail" and click "Next"
  9. Fill in the correct data and click "More Settings".

  10. Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" under the tab "Outgoing Server". Select the tab "Advanced".
     
  11. If desired an SSL encrypted connection to the POP3 server can be established, select "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)" to do so.
  12. Switch the option "Use the following type of encrypted connection" to AUTO.
  13. Click "OK"
