How do I add users to Sharepoint 2010?

  1. Go to MyAccount.
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Click "Shared Hosting" on the left



  4. Select your Sharepoint package
  5. Click "Add Sharepoint users" on the left



  6. Fill in the user details and click "Create user"


  7. On the next screen you will see that the user has been added.



  8. Go to Sharepoint and log in as Administrator (wssadmin).
  9. Right-click "Site Actions" > "Site Permissions"


  10. Click "Grant Permissions"


  11. A pop-up will appear where you can select the user, assign rights to the user and send a welcome message.
