Telenet Cloud Online Help

Do I get a warning if the server is down?

Standard basic monitoring is included with every server. If your server is down, an e-mail will be sent to the addresses you’ve indicated during the ordering process. Depending on the type of your server or optionally, you can also indicate GSM numbers so both an e-mail and SMS will be sent in case of downtime.
