Create a PST file in Outlook 2007

1. Open your Outlook and navigate to "File" > "Import/ Export" via the top menu.

2. A new window will be opened, now you can choose a type of import or export. Since this is about the creation of a PST file, we opt for "Export to a file".

Click "Next" to continue.

3. Select the option to create a "PST" in the next window:

Click "Next" to continue.

4. Select the folders you’d like to edit, click again "Next".

5. In the next screen you select a location to save the PST file, and give it a name.

6. Click "Finish" to finish the process, the PST will be created now.
