How can I create a support ticket?

1. Go to My Account
 
2. Log in with your user name and password
 
3. Click on "Tickets" in the left column
 
4. Click on "Create Ticket" and fill in the required details
 
5. Click on "Submit question"
 
Attention: Tickets created with a high priority may be charged or require service credits. Click here for more information on service credits.
