I’m dealing with lots of synchronization problems in Outlook, how do I solve this?

If you notice lots of articles in the ’Sync Errors’ or ’Synchronization problems’ folder of your Outlook, this generally means that you don’t have an AutoDiscover record.
The AutoDiscover record is a new feature in Exchange 2007, not only allowing you to configure the mailbox with an e-mail address and password, but also to send changed settings to the user in a transparent way.
- Log in on your MyAccount
- Choose "Domain names", select your domain name
- Click on the tab "Resource records"
- Fill in like in the screen shot below and click on "Add"
