Error when sending email to distribution list/contact groups

The following error will appear when sending email to a distribution group/contact groups:

"Your message wasn’t delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery."

This means that the group is only available internally (for all people in the same domain).
You can make this group externally available through Myaccount > Shared Hosting > Your mail package > Mail Groups > Check the option "Is externally available".
