Unable to log in on my email account

- Go to MyAccount
- Click on Shared Hosting > Your reference
- Click on "Mail accounts" and the desired account
- At the bottom of the page you can retrieve your lock status
You will be able to immediately unlock your mailbox, or otherwise your mailbox will be automatically unlocked after 30 minutes.
