My mail account is continuously locked

Check if you are using the correct credentials on all clients and devices that connect to your Office Mail. An e-mail account will be locked after 5 incorrect login attempts.

If your account is still locked after this check, we advise you to change your credentials by creating a new alias through MyAccount and to use it as your primary account.
