Where are the servers located? Do I have physical access to the server?
Your dedicated servers are placed in one of our datacentres (for instance in Brussels or nearby Gent). You have no physical access, because everything can be done remotely (Telnet, PC Anywhere, Terminal Services, RDP, SSH...). In case of hardware failure, the support team will replace the hardware for you in the datacentre.
Mind that colocation (housing) customers do have physical access to their own servers, under strict supervision of a Hostbasket support team member.
