What is the purpose of the MyMail control panel?

On the one side you have the Myaccount Control Panel and and on the other side the Mymail Control Panel.

MyAccount is meant for the administrator of a hosting package who can manage everything from there. MyMail is a control panel for the end user of the provided mailing services.
