You can always order extra FTP accounts for your hosting solution. You will be billed for the extra accounts.
How?
Create a support ticket in which you mention the name of your Shared Hosting package and the desired space of your hosting that you would like to reserve for the extra FTP account.
You are also free to mention the folder's name, user name and password.
