Open Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Through Outlook Web Access (OWA) you can connect from every computer with access to the internet to your mailbox on our Exchange 2007 server. This way you don’t need to configure an e-mail client on each PC in order to use your mailbox.

Surf to " " to open OWA. The following screen will appear:

Select the option public or private computer:

  • Choose "Public or shared computer" if you are not the only one using the computer. Use this policy if you do not want sessions to remain active for a long time. Be sure to log off at the end of the session.
  • Choose "Private computer" if you are the only one using the computer. Sessions will last longer before expiring automatically. Your e-mail address (login address) will be saved in your browser.

    • You can also select the option "Use Outlook Web Access Light":
      Choosing this option will cause some properties not to work. This option can only be used if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer as internet browser. All other browsers like Firefox and Google Chrome will always use the Light version of OWA!
  • Log in with your e-mail address and your password (the same as for Outlook) and click "Log On". Your mailbox with your current configurations will now be opened in Outlook Web Access.
